Bought a 'new to us' Caravan at the beginning of June. (1999 Lunar Clubman)This is our second caravan bought from MG Caravans, the first one being 7 years ago. Once again a totally painless purchase. Paul really couldn't have done more going above and beyond with his customer service. We are now on our first Proper outing with it.

Bought a seven year old caravan from MG last year and was given a one year warranty. During a service (not done by MG Caravans and should have been done earlier but was held up) a couple of faults were discovered. These couldn't be described as minor faults but with only one day to go before end of warranty I contacted MG and they couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They even told me to have an already arranged holiday before taking the caravan in for them to have a look at it, even though this took it weeks beyond the end of the warranty period. They accepted without question that the faults were there and did remedial work, doing a lot more than I expected and fitted new parts when I thought a repair would have been adequate and acceptable to me. I bought the caravan from them in the first place partly because of the good reviews and I will certainly try them first if I ever decide to buy another caravan in the future. Thank you Paul & Martin, it is a pleasure to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers.
