Shocking. This practice diagnosed me over the phone with norovirus in November 2018, refusing home visits (I was incredibly unwell to walk point proven when I was taken to hospital by an ambulance!), turned out that I had a life threatening kidney condition and a blood clot that RESULTED ON ONE WEEK HOSPITAL STAY and yet to be assessed on the damage that it caused. Returned today (January 2019) as they called me to be seen urgenty, considering my last time experience and that they tested my kidneys, I went over, the racist short haired blonde British receptionist (who has been rude always) started LAUGHING at us and told my husband 'go ahead call and ambulance', REFUSING ANY TREATMENT. Her lack of empathy was borderline sociopathic, while I was trying to get to her and explain their past wrong doing in tears, explaining repeatedly that I was scared, she was moving up and down, laughing at me while I was crying in fear... You could her laughing out loud from the waiting room. It is a shame because the Asian doctors and staff are polite and professional, so are the nurses but some here think they run the world. Now dealing with PALS as I won't let this happen to anyone else. This woman should never be allowed anywhere near the public, let alone vulnerable, I'll, worried people.
I think it offers a very good service given that they have a large amount of people on their register. They also offer free groups in the surgery nearly everyday for all ages to use. More practices should follow suit with this .
Terrible service, in fact, no service at all. Has put me off doctors for life. The concept of care or privacy is lost on the doctor in this practice. Possibly the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to join. Withdrawing a patient from long term medication suddenly doesn't seem to be an issue for them. Data breach doesn't seem to matter and consent is an alien concept. I would leave minus stars if I could, one is far too generous.
