I have recently purchased two beautiful Parker Knoll chairs recovered in a lovely William Morris design. I am not only delighted with my chairs but th very courteous service I received from Suzanne and others who I spoke to. If I ever need any more chairs I will come back and will certainly recommend.
What an amazing transformation of our 35 year old lounge suite. Very many thanks to Philip for his advice on choosing the materials and particularly the superb quality of craftsmanship by the factory staff in recovering a 3 seater sofa, 2 single chairs, and a family heirloom footstool. The delivery boys were really careful and polite, and the free loan of a sofa and chair matched our lounge decor. Excellent service all round. Top Marks New England!
What a great company to deal with,got all the help I needed from start to finish,, I needed their help because I have an ongoing back injury , phil came my home to help me find a suitable design for my recovery, chose my own covering and seat firmness.They expedited the order for me, at no extra cost.Delivery guys cold not have been more helpful or polite.My advice. don't go to the large multiples where you are a number.. buy from New England for the personal service. Had heard good things about this company but unfortunately let down badly . Ordered 4 window blinds and waited months for the fabric , when the blinds were fitted by Phillip 3 out of 4 blinds were too large. Also sunlight showed through the stitching which was very uneven. Further delays whilst 3 were altered to the correct width but when these were finally fitted 2 were too short and didn't reach the window cill.These were taken away to be extended and brought back a week later when it was discovered by phillip they still hadn't been extended.With all the mistakes I cancelled part of the order and have never had a phone call or apology for what was experience littered with basic errors.
I have just had my furniture delivered which has been recovered.. cannot tell you how pleased I am. We have been buying furniture from New England for years. all my family have bought furniture from Phillip and Suzanne. They never fail to please.. my home is now complete. thank you so much to all the team..
