Great local gym with very friendly and motivational owners. Beats the big branded gyms hands down. Classes are brilliant!

Too cold, no heating. Had to leave unfortunately. Staff friendly.

Very good, well equipped gym. Lots of space, prices/membership are reasonable and the staff are super friendly. Only criticism is that it could do with one more squat rack. Used to be called Baileys but think it is all the same kit moved into a different part of the same mill building.
