Paul came to identify a problem on our boiler. Soon identified fan to be issue and obtained a new one promptly. Returned outside of normal working hours to fit. A very good and friendly service provided.
Paul reconnected our oven today after we had our floor redone. He also installed our boiler last month and on both jobs he was amazing.Put in a boiler in 5 hours on his own - I've seen other teams of two or three guys take two days to do it before now but he knocked it out like it was nothing and made far better job of it than whoever had put the old one in.He's also a really nice guy, a great guy to have a chat with and he explains everything really clearly. When you get a good boiler and plumbing guy you need to keep him and Paul at Hanna Heating is definitely one of them.

Paul came and serviced both of my boilers, changed the thermocouples and checked the boilers performance and left them in good operating condition, fair price for the work involved. Discussed the possibility of changing the boilers as they are old but received the advice to leave them until they break down before considering changing, absolutely no pressure to spend money unneccessarily
