Stefan gave me a quote I was happy with and commenced not long after agreeing how the job would be completed. Progress was very slow and I have paid 66% of the money for a job that is now classed as defective. Another builder has advised some of the project is taken down and will have to be rebuilt as the work is so poor. The initial cost of the work to undertake he remedial work will take the project 60% above the quote provided by Stefan. I am very disappointed that the money was taken for materials only to see the work undertaken fail and need redoing. Stefan is unable to finish this job as he tells me he is experiencing business problems. I would advise that an alternative builder is appointed for any work you require.
